At Yvellecrystals, we understand the challenges of selecting the perfect personal items online. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return or exchange your order for a full refund, with proof of purchase.
Please note that damages caused by regular wear and tear do not qualify for a replacement. You may return most Yvellecrystals items (unused) in their original packaging. However, the cost of return shipping is not included in your refund. Shipping costs and additional service charges, such as gift wrap, are also non-refundable.
Free Return Shipping for Our Errors
If the return is due to our error, such as sending you an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item back and confirm it’s in stock, we’ll promptly process your refund or send you a replacement.
Exchanges and FinalSale Exceptions
Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) no longer qualify for refunds. Additionally, free items from special offers are considered final sale, and returns or exchanges are not available in these cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

Returns Without Label
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Yvellecrystals is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
